The magnetostrictive transducer operates without physical contact, using a magnetic field to determine the piston position.
Integrated CETOP plates allow direct mounting of ISO 4401 valves and servo valves on the cylinder, which reduces the oil volume between valve and actuator and facilitates closed-loop position control.
A removable steel cover protects the delicate external parts of the transducer from accidental impacts during transport, installation and operation.
