Rotary actuators
Rotary actuators generate a torque through a cogwhell and a rack moved by an hydraulic cylinder. This solution simplify the kinematic and the maintenance during the life cycle.
Rotary actuators have adjustable cushioning, which can apply a cushioning torque comparable to the maximum torque of the cylinder.
The stroke end adjuster allows phasing the system with a regulation range ± 5°.
They are also available with magnetic proximity switches to detect piston’s position.
Every cylinder must pass our functional tests.
