Choose your preferred method to configure your cylinder
We have prepared two quick and effective tools for you to configure the product that best suits your needs. The LUX guided design starts from the operating parameters (push/pull and stroke) and guides you towards the optimal solution.
The code composition is indicated when you already know the characteristics of the cylinder and want to obtain its code.
In both cases, you can customise the dimensions of the cylinder and download the CAD and PDF documentation.
If you are registered on PRISMA, proceed directly with the order, viewing prices and delivery times in real time.
LUX GUIDED DESIGN
Enter forces and stroke of the hydraulic cylinder.
We guide you step by step through the available options and customisations to identify the ideal hydraulic cylinder for your application.
CODE WIZARD
Generate the code for the hydraulic cylinder you need, step by step.
We guide you through composing the code, exploring the available options and customising any non-standard features of the cylinder.
With both configuration methods you can download technical data sheets, CAD drawings and 3D models in your preferred format, and request a customised quotation from our sales team, who will respond promptly.

How does LUX guided design work?
The LUX guided design tool is the most straightforward way to configure your cylinder and explore all compatible options when you know the basic operating parameters. By entering the desired forces and stroke, the system guides you through the available options, automatically checking the technical compatibility of each choice. The LUX configurator allows you to select from ISO 6020/2 compliant tie-rod and counterflange cylinders, ISO 6022 heavy-duty versions, compact hydraulic cylinders and servo cylinders with position transducers. For each series, you can customise mountings (flanges, feet, hinges, pins), seal configurations (high sealing, low friction, Viton, water-glycol), adjustable end-of-stroke brakes, CETOP bases for control valves, magnetic sensors and magnetostrictive transducers for continuous position control in industrial automation applications, and much more.
How can the code wizard help me?
The code wizard is ideal when you want to explore all the configurations available for a specific series or reorder a product based on the existing code. This approach guides you through the construction of the hydraulic cylinder product code, explaining the meaning of each code part. Once you have finished, you can proceed to advanced customisation of the cylinder dimensions and choose from the compatible options available.
What documentation do I get at the end of the configuration?
The configurator automatically generates 2D and 3D CAD models and technical data sheets in PDF format. CAD models are available in DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, Parasolid and ACIS formats to ensure compatibility with the most popular design software. The PDF technical data sheets contain all the technical details of the cylinder, weight, dimensions, operating temperatures, operating and test pressures, forces developed and replacement seal kit code.
For complex configurations requiring non-standard customisations, our technical department is available for specialised support and tailor-made solutions.
Is the configurator reserved for Conforti customers?
No, the online configurator is completely free and accessible to everyone.
Can I configure servo cylinders with transducers?
Yes, the system supports TD, TK, TH, TX and TP series servo cylinders with magnetostrictive transducers and analogue or digital output for industrial automation systems. These requests will all be further reviewed and validated by our technical department, which will promptly send you the required documentation after a thorough technical verification.
How do I verify the technical correctness of the configuration?
The system automatically checks compatibility during each step. If a combination is not feasible, the configurator will flag the incompatibility and suggest valid alternatives. For servocylinders, our technical department will carry out additional checks and send you the required documentation promptly.
