Features and applications

Thanks to their high-strength steel tie-rod construction, these cylinders ensure compact dimensions, mechanical strength and long service life even in demanding working conditions, with nominal pressures up to 160 bar and test pressure at 240 bar, in accordance with ISO 10100 standard.
The bronze rod guide bushing reduces friction during rod movement and, thanks to its properties, protects the surface from scratches, thus preserving the sealing capacity of the seals and preventing the occurrence of leaks.
The presence of adjustable hardened steel end-of-stroke cushioning ensures correct load deceleration at the end of the stroke, with a long service life.
They are available with nickel-plating treatment and chrome-plated stainless-steel rod to ensure protection against corrosion in aggressive environments, when exposed to atmospheric agents or salt spray, or in applications where washing with corrosive substances is required.
